A highly experienced trainer, Roz delivers a variety of our courses; covering the Office Suite, Office 365, iManage, Manage Your Inbox as well as bespoke software such as PlainSail and end-user sessions on telephone systems. Roz has a supportive and friendly demeanour ensuring attendees feel enlightened and positive about their learning on completion of the course.
Roz is our eLearning specialist and voice-over artist, creating bespoke instructional videos using Adobe Captivate. Working closely with our clients, she ensures the content, script and screen capture are in line with our customer requirements. Working closely with organisations, Steven focuses on employee productivity, training & mapping clearly defined processes to so they can realise the potential of their investment.
Collaborating with colleagues right across the BDO Group, Steven is involved in Cyber-Security training & ROBUS adoption. Alongside the Digital team, Steven assists clients to improve their everyday business processes, often leveraging the power of Microsoft 365.

Steve is our Learning & Development Officer, responsible for looking after our lesson bookings and taking care of enquiries. Steve liaises with our clients on all matters relating to their courses and requirements. A vital member of the ALX team, he ensures the office runs smoothly at all times.
Our training centre is in Hilary House on Hilary Street in St Helier.

Heading from the Cows at West Centre
Walk along Peter Street, away from the statue of the cows, turn right into Hilary Street and you'll see Hilary House a couple of doors up on the left.
Once you arrive, come straight into reception and we'll show you to your training room.

We can deliver tailored versions of any of our courses on a 1-1 basis. This is enables us to incorporate your documents into the session. We are also able to cover more material in the allotted time than with a class of 6 delegates.
