The Need

We’ll delve into the “why” behind the transition, emphasizing its significance for your organization, and at the end of the session, you will have a proposed structure for your current key files and folders based around how your organisation needs to collaborate and process information.  All the outcomes will be documented so that they can guide you through your migration stages.

How to create membership permissions
How to assign permissions access to each Team
How to agree naming conventions
How to correctly manage the life cycle of a Team
How to identify other applications to embed into Teams
How to apply key guidelines on which applications to use and in what circumstances

Course Audience

This course has been designed specifically, for senior managers and key stakeholders who need to make decisions on how company data should be organised, who should have access to the data, and what information protection/governance measures, need to be applied.
