Alex Morel

Alex has been a Learning & Development professional since 1999 and has worked around the world, advising and training over 350 organisations from a wide range of public, private, and not-for-profit organisations.

Over the years, Alex has been involved in countless migrations, system updates, and the implementation of new processes and ways of working, all of which have required unique approaches to engaging with end-users to help change behaviours.

As of late 2022, Alex has stepped down from the leadership of ALX to pursue other charitable interests, remaining an integral part of the team as a software trainer and consultant.

Her background and experience in Adult Learning combined with her passion for technology, make her the ideal consultant to help you develop a digitally fluent workforce.
