Steven manages ALX Training and our team of IT trainers & adoption specialists. His technical background, coupled with his experience working with a wide range of software users, means he is the ideal partner to oversee the end-user experience when moving from one piece of technology to another. Working closely with organisations, Steven focuses on employee productivity, training & mapping clearly defined processes so they can realise the potential of their investment.
Collaborating with colleagues right across the BDO Group, Steven is involved in Cyber-Security training & ROBUS adoption. Alongside the Digital team, Steven assists clients to improve their everyday business processes, often leveraging the power of Microsoft 365.
With a strong belief that technology should be an enabler & not a blocker, Steven is an active champion of digital accessibility in the workplace.
